Return conditions
Goods can be returned/exchanged within 14 days in their original packaging, with labels, unused/undamaged. As received. The return/exchange costs are borne by the buyer. For all return/exchange enquiries please contact bonjour@lekuku.lt
Goods being exchanged or returned must meet the following criteria:
1. The goods must not have been worn or otherwise used, and must be in good condition, not damaged, not defaced and not in a state of disrepair.
2. The returned goods must be in their original packaging in good order: undamaged, unused, in the same condition as when received by the Buyer, and must not have lost their merchantable appearance (no damaged labels, no peeled protective film, etc). When returning the product, a paper (printed) proof of purchase (copy of the order, purchase order) must be provided.
3. The list of non-returnable goods is available on 15 March 2012. On the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items, see point 17 of the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No 4-243 (Žin., 2012, No 34-1637).
Where the buyer is not satisfied with the shape, size, colour, model or completeness of the goods, these quality goods shall not be exchanged or returned:
baby clothes
tights, stockings, socks and other similar articles
tights, stockings, socks and other similar articles
bras, girdles, corsets and similar articles
bed linen
boys' or girls' underwear
toys and games
4. In the event that the reason for returning the goods is faulty quality, the Seller undertakes to replace the faulty goods with goods of suitable quality or to refund the money paid for the goods. In the event of a return of a faulty product, the cost of returning the product will be refunded. If another product is returned with the faulty product, the return costs will not be refunded. The customer may return the faulty goods within 14 working days of delivery. The exchange or return of faulty goods shall be carried out in accordance with the "Rules on the return and exchange of items", approved on 15 March 2012. Order No 4-243 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 15 March 2012.
5. If the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, the Buyer shall be obliged to make a note of the damage on the delivery note provided by the courier or to draw up a separate report on the damage. The Buyer must do so in the presence of the courier. Failure to do so shall exempt the Seller from liability to the Buyer in respect of any damage to the goods in relation to damage to the packaging not noted by the Buyer in the courier's delivery note.
The return or exchange of goods shall be governed by:
