How to use: Unscrew the lower part of the brush and ask a big person to help you carefully pour in the Sparkling Powder from the refill jar. Tightly screw the lower part of the brush back on. Remove the cap and slide the cylinder protecting the bristles toward the bottom. To start using the brush, gently shake it with the bristles pointed down and tap the brush in the palm of your hand to help the Sparkling Powder move towards the end of the bristles.
